Refund Policy

Pop-Ups
If you order for a pop up event & do not pick up your order on the day of the event, you can reschedule for a future event, receive a 50% refund of your order, or receive a full credit toward future purchases from Beignet Babe (excluding merchandise).

Deliveries
If you order for delivery and provide us with the wrong address, or if we cannot access your house/apartment because you did not provide us a gate code, we will reach out to you right away for the information we need. If we do not receive the information we need before we leave the location we arrived at initially, we will deliver to you on the next delivery date or you can receive a 50% refund for your order.
